Grounding Measurement

The connection of inactive parts and zero conductors and the parts connected to them in electrical installations with the earth in a conductive manner with the help of an electrode is called GROUNDING.

Grounding is done for three main purposes.

  1. Protective grounding

Earthing of inactive parts of operating vehicles to protect people against dangerous touch voltages.

  1. Business grounding

Grounding of the operating circuit for normal operation of the plant

  1. Function grounding

Grounding for a communication facility or an operating element to perform the desired function. Protection against lightning effects, grounding of rail systems, grounding of weak current devices..

If a high resistance (ohm) is found after the grounding measurement is made, necessary actions are taken to reduce it to the desired resistance level.

Our grounding measurement is made by our authorized engineers and a report is prepared.
